Surface Renewal Solutions is a new, locally run exterior cleaning business. We are not a franchise and not a call centre — the person who quotes your property is the person who cleans it.

Most of what we do is pressure washing and soft washing: driveways, pavers, patios, pool decks, house exteriors, and roofs. The difference between those two methods matters more than most homeowners are told. High pressure belongs on concrete and stone. It does not belong on a tile roof, painted stucco, or screening, where it drives water where it should not go and strips finishes. Those surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root, so it stays gone longer.

We quote a flat price after looking at the property, and that is the price. If conditions turn out to be different once we are on site, we tell you and re-quote before doing the work rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.

We are early in our trading history, so we would rather be judged on the driveway in front of you than on a wall of testimonials.
