Surface Renewal Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates this website for a residential and commercial exterior cleaning business serving Boca Raton, Florida and the surrounding communities of Palm Beach and Broward County.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit this website, request an estimate, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to all visitors, prospective customers, and current customers. By using this website or our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address, as submitted through the estimate form on this website or given to us directly.
• Property and service details — the service you are asking about, the property address, its condition, and any message you include with your request.
• Communication records — the text messages, emails, and calls exchanged between you and us about your estimate or your job.
• Consent records — whether you ticked each SMS consent box, and the date and time you did so. We keep this so we can prove your consent was freely given.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from data brokers.

2. How we use your information

• To quote your job — to reply to your request, ask any questions we need to price the work accurately, and send you the estimate.
• To carry out the work — to schedule the visit, confirm access, tell you when we are on the way, and follow up afterwards.
• To support you — to answer questions, handle a re-clean request, and resolve any problem with work we have done.
• To send marketing — seasonal offers and promotions, only where you have separately and explicitly opted in.
• To meet legal obligations — to comply with applicable federal, state, and local law, and to keep the records those laws require.

3. SMS messaging and your consent

Text messaging is entirely optional. You can request an estimate and have work carried out without agreeing to receive any text message from us. SMS consent is never a condition of requesting an estimate, receiving a quote, or having work performed.

We collect two separate and independent consents. Each has its own checkbox, and neither is ticked by default:

• Service messages — quote updates, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, and follow-up about work in progress.
• Marketing messages — seasonal offers and promotions.

Agreeing to one does not opt you in to the other. Message frequency varies with your service activity; you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at (561) 214-2624 or bogajozef@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent are strictly shared only with our underlying communication platforms solely to execute the messaging services requested.

4. Third-party service providers

We share personal information only with providers that help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it to perform that function for us:

• Our customer-communication platform — hosts the estimate form, stores contact records and consent status, and sends the email and SMS messages you have opted in to.
• The underlying SMS carrier infrastructure — delivers text messages to your mobile carrier.
• Our website host — serves the pages of this site.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. It loads a styling library and an animation library from public content delivery networks, and the estimate form is embedded from our customer-communication platform; those services may set cookies necessary for the form to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser's privacy settings, though doing so may stop the estimate form from working.

6. How long we keep your information

• Contact and enquiry records — kept for the duration of the customer relationship plus 24 months after your last interaction with us.
• SMS consent records — kept for 5 years, consistent with FCC and TCPA record-keeping expectations.
• Communication logs (texts, emails, notes) — kept for 3 years from the date of the communication.
• Job and financial records — kept for 7 years, as ordinary business and tax record-keeping requires.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes and no legal retention requirement applies, we securely delete it.

7. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• Access — tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete — erase your information, subject to the retention requirements above.
• Opt out — stop marketing emails or texts at any time, without affecting your ability to use our services.

Please include the name and phone number or email address you used with us so we can find your record. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within 30 days.

8. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Categories collected in the prior 12 months: identifiers (name, phone number, email address, property address); commercial information (services requested and purchased); and communications data (the content of texts, emails, and messages exchanged with us).

To submit a request, email bogajozef@gmail.com with the subject line "CCPA Request". We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need the additional 45 days the statute allows. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will require proof of your signed authorisation.

9. Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut have comparable rights under the VCDPA, CPA, and CTDPA respectively — including access, correction, deletion, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. Use the same process described in section 7. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing bogajozef@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". These laws may not apply to a business of our size; we extend the same rights to everyone regardless.

10. Children's privacy

This website and our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has given us their information, email bogajozef@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) for this website and the form, access controls on the platform that stores customer records, and secure authentication on our accounts. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data breach notification

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you within 30 days of discovering it, in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171). We will tell you what happened, what information was involved, what we are doing about it, and what you can do to protect yourself, and we will notify regulators where the law requires it.

13. Do Not Track

There is no universally accepted standard for how a website should respond to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal, and this site does not track you across other sites in the first place. We do not alter our practices in response to DNT signals.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we make a material change we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
